Supplies used were:

DCWV Flower paper

Yellow cardstock

Green polka dot paper

 

Extra tools:

Martha Stewart Butterfly punch and Border punch

 

This measures 12 x 3 1/2

I cut a scallop border, layered my papers and placed the pattern pieces across the border.
